I went today for an hour massage with Terri-- it went very well. The negative rating is for the situation that ruined my whole experience and unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this facility to anybody. For my birthday I received a gift card to ME for an hour massage. The gift card was under my name, so the staff would be able to find me easily. I was there in September as well. When the gift card was bought, they were told it was good for an hour massage + gratuity. I tried to book my massage online and it kept saying it was $95. I was confused because I was told it was a $55 massage (gift card had $68). I called in and spoke to Natalie and explained that I was upset because the gift card wasn't good for the massage it was intended for. The person who bought it would not have randomly said they wanted $68 on a gift card. Natalie told me it was fine and the online booking system can be weird sometimes and that the gift card will work for the massage! I was happy so I booked it on the phone with her. During this, Natalie had to of had my information pulled up to see that I was there in September.. Fast forward to after my massage, Mackenzie told me my total... which was $95. I didn't have the extra $40 to spend on a massage in which I was told was $55. I was told that it's only $55 every six months? I explained what I was told and after a few minutes the manager told her to just charged me the $55 price. During this, I received no apology for the miscommunication that was solely on their part. Why would I book a $95 massage if I didn't have the money? Very unsatisfied with the service from the front desk today. read more

Wow, I had a deep tissue massage with Brian and it was amazing! He really understood the body and its muscles deeply. He was able to relieve some significant knots and tension and give me some thoughts on holistic practices to help my problem areas. I highly recommend Brian. read more

Fabulous! I had been considering the membership for a few months and saw they had a special so I walked in and joined. I had made an appointment with the first available therapist so I didn't know how it would go. The therapist was wonderful! I prefer firm pressure and this massage was just right. The front desk staff member explained the membership very well and you understand up front is a year long commitment. Be aware that each hour massage is 50 minutes as they include your dressing time, but for the price it's still reasonable (70$ with membership). The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 is the not-very-friendly manager. My interactions with her were minimal but she doesn't give off a great vibe. read more

Very disappointed, will never return. My kids went with the grandparents today so I wanted to treat my wife to a facial. Booked online and had the confirmation in hand. My wife showed up and they said she didn't have an appointment. She showed them the confirmation and they said oh well the online system messes up a lot, you want to come back another day? Massage therapists Sarah & Christian are very knowledgeable and thorough. Sarah is referred for intensive deep tissue and is phenomenal. Christian is super friendly and could make the shyest person comfortable. The front desk is very pleasant and willing to accommodate any question. They were so sweet to send me a personalized thank you. The monthly memberships are also explained in full detail and they were able to adjust my automatic deduction date. Parking is plentiful which is perfect when you are cutting it close! read more

Highly recommended, I had a deep tissue massage with Hans. Very relaxing and friendly employees (both at the desk and the masseuses). I can't remember the front desk ladys names, but both of them where very helpful and gave me lots of advice and managed to get me out of paying for two massage appointments when I accidentally double booked. I noticed today that Massage Envy has been deducting money from my account for 4 months. I didn't miss it until I contracted with a new cable company and wanted to keep an eye on my account since it was a salesperson that came to my door to begin my service. So I felt I should watch my account. When I called Sarah was adamant about me not receiving my money back and that they had emailed me that they were reopening. However I never received the email which I told her that. She insisted that since I signed a contract that it would not be broken and that I would have to see it through and they would continue to take out $115 from my account regardless of whether I use it or not. I explained that because of our immune system and health that it's not in our best interest to return right now. Sarah states that I should have noticed in July that the money was being deducted. I am advising anyone do not enter into a contract with this company. If you decide to use this company pay as you go because they are more concerned with the money than the well being of the individual. read more

I filled out online that I exclusively needed a DEEP tissue massage and that I was a collegiate athlete who suffered from extreme lower back pain, hip immobility and nerve impingement in my LEGS. Talked to them on the phone and again explained I needed someone who was VERY strong and could give me a lot of pressure and really get deep into the muscles. Then with my in-person consultation I explained yet AGAIN what I needed. It was the lightest pressure massage I had ever gotten. Most of the time was spent focused on my upper back and arms where I have never felt any pain and the back of my legs, lower back and hips went completely untouched. I left that massage feeling WORSE than when I walked in, it just added stress knowing what I needed was completely ignored. read more
