DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. Save the headache. There are more RELIABLE places to go. The girls are NICE enough, nice, nice, NICE... however, NICE doesn't get them past the MASSAGE part. I don't know why they can't keep deep tissue or stretching people(that used to COME in the COURSE of a good massage); but at least they've stopped OFFERING those services; NOW. Last year I signed up for deep tissue & stretching, but I only got ONE stretch session at the very beginning(my FIRST visit; seemed rushed, but did a good job; ~then she was GONE). Got a COUPLE of pretty good pretty deep tissue sessions, but these girls these days only do medium & light pressure. Then I got a RASH that I couldn't shake even with a dermatologist & could NOT attend for some time. I spoke of suspending the agreement until I COULD return, but THAT wasn't going to happen. I could NOT come in all I wanted, HOWEVER... & the manager seemed VERY elusive. I asked for emails(they had it wrong; I never even got the contract and KEPT ASKING FOR IT at every visit) & ASKED FOR phone calls at the desk because i NEEDED TO HAVE A COPY OF THAT CONTRACT, but month after month I never got anywhere(AND, their prices went UP & I was UNAWARE). I finally got desperate & went to Tulsa Hills for that deep tissue, and they did NOT disappoint. Even corrected that email. Music & WATER in the waiting room, it WAS more relaxing, plus-DEEP TISSUE. Just... don't sign that contract; it's not their fault they can't hire the array of people they'd need for your needs. I'd be SERIOUSLY po'd if I needed those pregnancy massages & they just... FELL through on their end & shrugged about it. Oh, WELL. ...but I signed a "contract." That only seems to work one way. BTW. they REALLY REALLY want to do facials. The MOST. Plus they WOULDN'T STOP COLD CALLING ME ON SUNDAYS. Even after i ASKED them NOT TO DO THAT anymore, these people do what they want. Silly me for falling into that web. This place has problems & they don't need to be mine. Owasso could at LEAST step it up. To their CREDIT, after they read my first 'review' they've been trying VERY HARD to get in touch, and while I didn't have the TIME at the time, the office manager(I think) at least addressed the lack of services issue, they're not offering them anymore, & she was apologetic SOUNDING. & they're STILL CALLING. Because they'd like for me to change my review, so HERE, I changed it. Still po'd at the bait & switch... with a "contract'... So don't expect much & you'll never be disappointed. If you're STUCK there, Jen did a good job for me even though deep tissue isn't her schtick. She did her best & it showed. read more

I've been a Massage Envy member for almost 10 years, and rarely have I been disappointed. The desk staff is always pleasant and responsive. The facilities are always clean and inviting. And, most importantly, the therapists are always professional and genuinely interested in my well-being. I have a couple of preferred therapists, but if I cannot get into see them for some reason, I can select from a host of other providers. Owasso is my go-to location, and I generally find it easiest to book my appointments online. However, if I need to cancel or reschedule, the staff is eager to help. Love to get pampered for an hour by the estheticians at Massage Envy. First, the lights are turned down and they start the facial. I can barely stay awake during this time! They massage my neck and shoulders and then they begin my enhancement choice which is usually Neck & Decollete Treatment for my neck and chest. Now that I am getting older I really enjoy the "extras" they offer. I sometimes get the hand massage which really helps me loosen up because I still work at a law firm and am constantly typing. I've been with this location for a year and a half. The front office staff is the best and never give me a hard time if I need to reschedule or get a receipt. They are always so nice. sometimes my appointment gets rescheduled due to the therapist's personal schedule but they always try to make up for it. There are some great therapists and I choose which ones I want to see. Clean and comfortable office. If I've ever had a problem it complaint it is addressed and corrected immediately. Massage Envy seeks input and uses it - I've given responses in surveys that I know the massage therapist heard and incorporated into future sessions. I had several knots on my shoulders that were hard as rocks and were giving me headaches. She was able to get those muscles to relax and relieve my pain.
