I went in for the first time at this location for a facial. The place was serene and staff was friendly. Although I have not been told to do so, I arrived 10 minutes early for my 3pm appointment to answer any questions they may have about the service I was getting. After about a 5-minute wait, a young lady came to me for the Q&A. It was precisely 3 pm when I was led to the Serenity Room which was quite peaceful. Shortly after, a customer came and sat down, and another one about a minute later. Both patrons were called in to their respective rooms with their attendant, while I sat waiting, impatiently. By the time Kaitlyn/Katelyn came for me, it was 10 minutes past the scheduled time. We went over a few more Q&A in the room before I was instructed to remove my upper clothing since I will be given a shoulder and neck massage. My facial was okay, and it was over by 3:53. My face glowed after the procedure with whatever was applied to my skin, but I left the place with the 4 visible whiteheads I had before I went in. How could she have missed them? To wrap up, I paid $125.00 for a 43-minute session and I was also asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity which I did! Here's the thing, every patron that walks in should be treated honestly and exceptionally well. There are mystery shoppers and reviewers that are watching you! If the session calls for 1 hour, the service should be 1 full hour. I get regular massages (every two weeks) and I am given the full hour service every time--and sometimes over an hour if my masseuse knows my body needs it. read more

Love to get pampered for an hour by the estheticians at Massage Envy. First, the lights are turned down and they start the facial. I can barely stay awake during this time! They massage my neck and shoulders and then they begin my enhancement choice which is usually Neck & Decollete Treatment for my neck and chest. Now that I am getting older I really enjoy the "extras" they offer. I sometimes get the hand massage which really helps me loosen up because I still work at a law firm and am constantly typing. First off this is not a spa environment it is more of a medical type facility very clinical. Not the relaxing spa environment that I am used to . You schedule with the masseuse but when you get there it can be changed on you and you end up with someone completely different. I am not a small man by any means and I had one lady that knocked the crap out of me doing a massage despite me trying to call her out several times to not be so rough. Today's was worse, another random face and this girl didn't seem to have any technique or skill. My massage was very light, no pattern or reasoning to it, she skipped most of it. I spoke to the desk about how it was and wasnt offered anything just 'well NAME should be back for your next one'. Complete indifference. At $70 a visit, Will not be renewing membership. read more

I bought a membership thinking that I would benefit from massage. I had no idea how difficult it is to get in. You basically have to book an appointment similar to a doctors appointment, very far in advance. If you have a rough day and feel a massage will help, forget it, unless you booked it a week prior predicting a stressful day. The policies here are very different as well. It is impossible for me to even get my thighs massaged let alone my glutes or hamstrings after a leg workout, even after asking. I gave two stars because the massages are relaxing but are not personalized and are quite cookie cutter. read more

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in! Lindsey at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel very welcome! Linda was my therapist and she couldn't of been more wonderful! She asked me questions and was very attentive to my pain and my tolerance. She had suggestions for working through my chronic pain of both migraines and feet! I had a 1 year membership with massage envy in Owasso. I placed multiple phone calls to cancel my membership but they said they would mail/email me cancelation forms. After about a month I went in person to fill out the forms. Sept. 27 I turned in the forms for cancellation. On Oct. 6th I received an email wanting to know how I would want to move forward with my membership. I said I don't use it, I still want to cancel. On Oct. 8th they auto renewed my membership! read more

My husband and I had a one hour couples massage for our anniversary and mine was great however my husband was extremely disappointed. After his lengthy consultation with his masseuse she did not concentrate on his problem area and the only place she touched his skin with the oils/lotion during his full body massage was his back, everywhere else she kept him covered and massaged through the sheet! Very unhappy with the recent experience my mother had here. It was supposed to be a nice treat for her for mothers day. She drove here from Bartlesville on her only day off and ended up spending 6 hours in and out of the spa. She was early and excited for her first massage and facial ever. They made her miss her facial because they told her her appointment didn't start until 2:30. I booked the appointment for her and i know for a fact it was at 1:30. She had to wait an hour for her massage and then another hour for her facial because "they didn't see her appointment." I am very disappointed in this location. She enjoyed her services and said the facial was great. but the fact that she was there all day on her only day off infuriates me. I called a few times that day and didn't receive any help. I've called in the days following to try to speak to a manager and she has yet to call me back. And what makes me the most angry is that they didn't even offer her anything for her trouble and still tried to sell her on a membership. I purchased a gift card for the Owasso facility for my sister for some much-deserved pampering. Although she said she thoroughly enjoyed the massage, the relaxed-feeling was short lived by the extreme sales pressure she received afterwards from reps who were trying to get her to sign up for a membership that is not in her budget right now. I am very upset because I really wanted my sister to have a positive experience enough where I could try and get some additional gift cards at the facility in the future! It is one thing to make you aware of options they offer that a patron might be interested in in the future, but to continue to try and pressure you to the point you leave feeling too uncomfortable to ever return again, is a little much! This shows they are only interested in the sale and not the customer! I just thought I would warn any potential patrons about the extreme sales pressure they will have to endure at the end of each session and that customers might want to consider a different spa that cares more about their customers have a positive experience! (I only gave them 2 stars because my sister did admit the massage was nice. It was the poor customer service that ruined the experience.) read more
