The place itself is a very unassuming from the outside. It's next to a donut place and there's parking available right outside. There are chimes hanging from the door, so a staff person came to the front as soon as I walked in. They asked me to wait while they finished setting up the room, and then they walked me to it. The staff is very nice. Their English is limited but you don't need to communicate a lot. There's relaxing music and the rooms are clean, nicely decorated with dim lighting. You decide how much clothes to keep on/take off. Their top sheet is very thin and small so I was a bit hesitant. It helps to think of massage therapists like doctors, they're very professional about it all. The massage started with the massage therapist completely on top of the table, applying lots of pressure on my back. It was great. She asked me to speak up if it was too much but I like a lot of pressure. They also use hot stones and massage you with them. There's even some pulling and stretching, all techniques that make your body feel loose and limber afterward. About 70% of the massage is facing down. The last 30% is facing up. I went a second time and my massage therapist had to answer the phone. They apologized for having to step out and another person came in and continued the massage so I wouldn't wait.
