Large sheets and blankets that cover me and keep me warm throughout (unlike so many places that provide a towel or skimpy sheet). A restful and loving energy and environment. Etc. Not only is Massud (one of the owners) a highly intuitive, respectful, safe and gifted masseuse - he also brings a wide range of modalities and abilities to his sessions so he can adjust to provide the most restful, healing experience for what you need. I have fibromyalgia so need very specific pressure. He accommodates and still manages to give me more than the light, oily rub that most others do when they find out they can't use deep pressure. I often use coupons like groupon or dealfind to get massages. So that will tell you two things - I've tried a lot of places - and I don't like paying full price! I drive from Beddington to down by Chinook and happily pay full price for one of the best massages I've found in town.

The Clinical Director/Owner Beth Barberree is one of the top massage therapists in Calgary and runs a professional, clean, relaxing and caring environment. I have been to a few of her highly qualified therapists and have received such great outcomes that I would not stray from this clinic. My presentations have been for sports injuries, which seem to be a specialty at this clinic. The therapists take their time to listen to your concerns and in consultation develop a treatment plan that involves therapy and ongoing 'homework' such as the best and correct exercises/stretches and tips on moving forward. Two therapists who I would highly recommend include Denise Armstrong and Paul Archibald who have both demonstrated to me their dedication to professional practice and commitment to outcome focused treatment. So if you are in need of a kind, caring, professional and dedicated clinic to help you move forward with an injury, this is the clinic for you. They also do a wonderful relaxation massage for those just wanting some much needed self care. To top off this fabulous service it must be noted that the therapists are all 'registered' and they bulk bill to Blue Cross on the spot. I highly recommend Massage at the Club and give it 5/5!

I came in with persistent neck pain, and after a few sessions with her, I've experienced real relief. Pam is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain what she's noticing and how it connects to other tissue in the body (it has been a fascinating journey.)This technique is unlike any other massage therapy I've had before--much more gentle, but surprisingly powerful. It's been far more effective than traditional RMT approaches I've tried in the past. If you're dealing with chronic tension or pain I highly recommend giving Craniosacral therapy with Pam a try!
