He walked through best practices, what to expect, benefits of a float, etc. There is a cozy waiting area before the float as people arrive ahead of his instruction. You're then walked to your specific float room with an extremely modern, clean spa-like space with a waterfall shower, towels and other items needed for before and after the float. Russ also explained how to use the controls in the float pod and other tips. After the float, there is an area to touch up after (hair dryers, mirrored vanity, etc). This is a facility I would definitely recommend and trust especially as a first-timer who may benefit from Russ' experienced care and guidance.

Which I thought was amazing because something's aren't for everyone. You can make the room completely dark or they have star lights. The music is relaxing. It is a peaceful time. My lower back pain got bad enough to decide to try to get in to see someone here. Dr. Robertson had worked on my mom so we called him and luckily could get in the next day. Normally I wouldn't want to pay for the consultation that you must have when you see a new chiropractor but since my pain was so bad and I was supposed to be taking care of my mom I went for it. VERY happy I did. Not only did Dr. Robertson adjust my back, he also performed some kind of deep tissue massage trick that completely eradicated the knots.
