As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and didn't quite know what to expect, but as soon as I arrived, owner, Russ, put me at ease and thoroughly walked through everything I needed to know for a best first experience. He walked through best practices, what to expect, benefits of a float, etc. There is a cozy waiting area before the float as people arrive ahead of his instruction. You're then walked to your specific float room with an extremely modern, clean spa-like space with a waterfall shower, towels and other items needed for before and after the float. Russ also explained how to use the controls in the float pod and other tips. After the float, there is an area to touch up after (hair dryers, mirrored vanity, etc). This is a facility I would definitely recommend and trust especially as a first-timer who may benefit from Russ' experienced care and guidance.

You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and keep everything so clean. The son, he was the only one there and he explained everything we needed to do to have the best experience. You take your shoes off when you get there and then he tells you the rules and gives you a tour. It was very calming. They have pods and then the bigger rooms. The water is only a foot deep in the room and $65 for an hour is great. If you're not feeling the situation you can come back another day or give your experience to someone else. Which I thought was amazing because something's aren't for everyone. You can make the room completely dark or they have star lights. The music is relaxing. It is a peaceful time. I highly recommend it to others.

I ALWAYS get massages regularly pre-pregnancy and it's usually from the St. Louis area (so thank God this man is local!!) and when I say this was BY FAR the BEST massage I have EVER received in my entire life & I do not say this lightly by any means! I was extremely impressed and very pleased with the service he performed, he was very accommodating, professional, respectful and over all just a true gentleman! I felt very comfortable with him and left extremely pleased, relaxed and felt like a million bucks! I would absolutely recommend him to ANYBODY & EVERYBODY! Thanks again Shane!

I was 32 at the time but she talked me through the whole process, which I've heard is hard to find in our small town but she made me look 5 years younger without that much Botox. Now I try and go every 4-6 weeks because the longer you wait in between you may need more then or you may just start to see area's you never noticed before. Now almost two years later, all i still get is my Botox and I did get a little filler in my lips for my birthday present to myself last year and they still look amazing. 10/10 would recommend P.S. tell them Abbie sent you and you may get a little something special!!!!!!!
