She struggles with tension headaches and a professional massage is much better than I can provide. Happy wife, happy life! Savvy Relaxation Spa is located on Lewisville-Clemmons Road and is convenient to our home. She was also really impressed by the reviews on both Yelp and Google and decided to give them a try. She has seen both Lewis and Sandy, a married couple who are both incredibly good at what they do and also very sweet people. My wife appreciates how clean the spa is and just how friendly both Lewis and Sandy are. My wife says the massages are also incredible!

The Bella Mia girls have done a great job adding warmth to this space and the services they offer are as spectacular as ever. There is ample parking around this building. You just need to take the elevator up a floor to be brought to their lobby. There is still a space for manicures, pedicures, facial, waxing, massage, and more. No longer does hair. Shelves are filled with fun and functional products and gift certificates available for sale at the front desk so friends and family can come to love this place too. On this visit I had a custom facial with Susan. She always makes my skin feel 1000% better than it was before. I'm typically very dry and left hydrated and with much needed waxed eyebrows. You can just feel her years of experience. I also had a great massage. I remember being woke up at the end, so clearly it knocked me out! It's a bit of a drive to get here with where I live now but it is worth it (and my friends agree). We all do so much and need some "me time." You can always get this much needed care and relaxation at Bella Mia. While I loved the old spot, I am happy that Bella Mia has found a new home without compromising their quality. Call and make yourself an appointment to check out their new location!

Whilst I was talking to her, she mentioned that she owned Bella Mia Skin Care Center that happened to be in the same area as Virtual Golf. It's been a while since I had a facial. The last time I had one was when we were living in Raleigh, 7 years ago, to be exact!! So, I told my husband to tell my kids (we have 2 grown sons and a daughter-in-law) that all I wanted for Christmas is a gift certificate from Bella Mia. Well, they delivered! This Momma was ecstatic, needless to say! Lol Finally got a chance to make an appointment with Gaby. I decided to have the "90 minute bliss". You all, the name of the service says it all! I wanted a facial but also want a massage. Well, I get to have both with the 90 minute bliss. It includes a deep cleansing facial, customized face mask, exfoliation treatment on hands and feet, and a relaxing neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the receptionist. I checked in and filled out a card since it was my first time. I wrote down all my skin concerns. Susan then took me to the treatment room. I felt in zen just by entering the room. The treatment bed was soooooo comfy and warm!! Susan explained everything what she's going to do. She's super nice and her voice's so calming! What a wonderful experience! Facial was awesome and I left feeling so relaxed! I told one of my friends who hadn't had a facial or massage to go with me next time to try it. We can have a "girls' day out" with facial, lunch and shopping. I highly recommend to give them a try if you haven't been here. They have a wide array of services available.

John is INCREDIBLE!…read more I have now had 3 massages with John and I could not have asked for a better experience or better results. I have done 2 deep tissue massages focused on my back due to older injuries and 1 shorter massage focused on helping with my TMJ. In past massage experiences with less experienced masseuses (in other countries), I leave the massage feeling stiffer than when I went in. After each massage with John I not only feel a positive difference in my body immediately, but the feeling lasts for days after. I have happily added a massage with The Healing Hideaway to my self-care budget!

I started seeing her for back pain a year ago, but have continued to see her at least once a week since for a myriad of issues, including sacroiliac pain, spinal/vertebral issues, foot pain, knee pain, and most notably, shoulder pain. I had recurrent biceps tendinitis for years and wound up with a shoulder cuff tear and severe shoulder pain for which I needed major surgery. She helped me get through the pain before and after surgery, and played a big part in why my shoulder is now almost 100% at seven months post-op. My mother-in-law, who has many significant health issues, now comes with me weekly as well. I consider Dr Sykes to be a truly excellent chiropractic and naturopathic doctor!

One thing that I appreciate very much about OHC is the flexibility that they have with scheduling. My job often can be unpredictable with travel or getting caught up at the office with last minute things and whether by email or telephone, it's easy to reschedule. Dr. Williams keeps up with the latest trends and technologies in chiropractic care and his practice shows it. His records system is practically paperless and I believe that contributes to the efficiency they always show whenever I'm in the office. I appreciate that he relies mostly on hand manipulation and not on lots of machinery, although he does supplement some of his treatments with that. I've been completely satisfied with my care and would totally recommend OHC to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care.
