I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the disrespect I was shown from Bill. I have been trying to get in contact with him for over a week to get a quote on a dumpster for an event. I left my information at the office a number of times before I was given his cellphone by the woman who answered the phone. He answered immediately and yelled at me that he was in meetings and didn't have time to talk. Then yelled that I would have to call him in the morning. I told him that information was not relayed to me at all and he should not have answered his phone if he couldn't speak to me. I am appalled by how much I was disrespected when I was merely trying to do business with your company. I think it is in your best interest to have your management change the way you speak to people, especially if you want to expand your customer market. Will make sure to spread the word on how awful customers are treated by this company. read more
