Although Fence101 were not the cheapest, they stood out the most to me. I've learned the cheapest isn't always the best neither. But he was very reasonable and close in price with the others. What first stood out to me was a minor concern he fixed that I pointed out upon consultation. At this point, I haven't committed to any offer nor was a quote even given at this time. My gate didn't close properly due to the wood deforming overtime and he went and got his tools and willingly realigned the latch with no expectation of pay or business in return. It was cold out at this time too. He left and I got my quote a few days later. Because of his act of kindness, I chose to go with Fence101. He is a busy person and scheduling may not be immediate, but this is to be expected for a company that does good work. After his team came out and completed the work, I had some concerns about workmanship. To others, it may not have been anything, but being the meticulous person that I am, I brought it to his attention. I was easy about it and he could have just given me some lame excuse, but with no hesitation, he offered to replace the whole panel in both areas that they fixed (2 panels). It wasn't necessary at all, but he stood by his company, their work, and showed he truly cares. You can easily tell, Fabio is truly a good and honest person. His workers are also very kind and polite people as well. everything came out great and I'm happy. I would definitely recommend Fence101 to everyone and would certainly consider them again for all my personal and investment properties needs in the future.

My initial call to Smith-Bopp was on a Sunday evening when I expected to simply get routed to voicemail, however Nick answered right away and was happy chat about my inquiry for installing a new fence in my back yard. In the subsequent meetings with Nick for design plan, quotes, etc., Nick was prompt, friendly and transparent. With respect to pricing, I received two quotes on my job; Smith-Bopp was more than 25% below the other quote I received. I even called another fence company that said he would charge the exact same but was not going to be available for months so to go with Mr. Fence. We signed the quote and sent the deposit. We waited about a month which was when they said they would be available. I called each week after that only to be told we would be on the schedule the following week. Two months later they send out the installation worker who had no idea what the plan was and says he has to come back as this was not what he was expecting. They repairs the fence... I guess you could call it that... but they left over a 1 foot gap touching the ground at the bottom. I explained we were getting a puppy and the whole point of the fence is to keep our animals in and other animals out. They sent another installation worker the following week who fixed it and I would say it looked crappy but it worked. Less than a year later and parts of the fence that were supposedly soldering together have already come apart. I will definitely go elsewhere if we get those areas repaired.

Out of all of them Miller fence was the only one that: Sales rep did not respond to my emails Significantly under quoted the amount of fence I would need ( on an extremely small job- only 24 feet plus gate) Had to come out and fix mistakes, cut corners, still finding mistakes multiple times ( example: only using 1 nail on boards, fence cuts at bottom are horrible) Did not clean up after their work- causing 2 nails going into my tractor tires Having employees injured due to lack of training with the equipment they were using (using a jack hammer and was hurt within 30 min on the job) Damaging personal property - downspout ripped off the house, hanging by one screw ..And left like that! Most of the pictures are how the left the job "competed" the first time... I did not think it was fair to pay the last third (so after I didn't respond for two weeks) they said they were going to charge my card that day. I emailed back saying no, and without my authorization, they charged my credit card anyways.
