One of worst medical practices I have ever seen - they are gaming the system by requiring endless…read morehearing tests. Went in for what turned out to be a neuralgia - the first doctor was nice but ineffective and the second (to whom I was switched without being asked) was flat out a jerk - didn't read my file, didn't look at me during appointment and examined me with unsterile instrument he picked up off a table. When he suggested "maybe it's allergies" (for my excruciating pain) and required yet another hearing test, that was it for me. High quality health care is about good doctors and good referrals - these people don't know anything and don't know anybody.

She looked at my right nostril with I think was just a little flashlight pen looked into my nostril, not going all the way inside and stated, Oh it's inflammation. Then come to find out that she charged my medicare $766.00 for and endoscopy which is a specific procedure that entails a tube connected to an endoscope with a tiny camera and light and then projects images onto a screen. This procedure takes about 40 mins.,an anesthetic is used first and then an endoscopy is performed going through the nostril, nasal cavity and sinuses. This procedure was NOT done! Ent billing told me that even if she Quick Looks in your nose w/ a light they consider it an endoscopy. Great loopholes to get around what an actual procedure is and how should be billed. This is part of the reason our Medicare charges go up every year. I will never go back there again! Always ask what will be charged!

He used his personal phone as a flashlight (multiple times) with his gloves on, dropped a suction tool on the floor and still used it in my sons mouth. He initially planned to perform the procedure without a nurse present - When he decided to get one, he left the room and touched the curtains with the same gloves he used for the procedure. My son has a bleeding disorder requiring medication before procedures, which I clearly told him, but I was brushed off and he proceeded anyway. The entire visit felt rushed, unprofessional, and unsanitary, and I left extremely concerned about my son's safety.
