When I got there the next morning they said I didn't have an appointment even though I talked to them the day before. The blonde girl at the receptionist desk was unbelievably rude to me I was shocked. They were able to "get me in" in an hour for an appointment. Once the doctor came in she told me my nose wasn't broken and just my septum was deviated. She told me it would take a while to schedule surgery. It's been 2 weeks since my first appointment and the Nashua ENT still hasnt even contacted me to set up surgery (even though I am DEFINITELY not going there).The other receptionist when leaving my appointment was just as rude as the first one. Would not recommend. I didn't have a good feeling when I left there so I went to a different ENT for a second opinion and thank god I did! They said my nose was broken in 2 spots and it was too late now to pop it back in place so I will need surgery to rebreak it and set it.

She treated my complaints of severe headaches by having me speak to her nurse. Fed up by her disinterest in my issues, I referred myself to an ear doctor. It turned out I had skull base tumors that were causing the problems. If I hadn't sought treatment from another doctor I'd probably be dead by now. My ear doctor told me that recurrent ear infections are very rare in adults. Shame on "Doctor" Paine for not referring me to a specialist after the third ear infection. To add insult to injury, she charged me for a copy of my records that I needed to bring to my oncologist. Of all my doctors (past and current), she was the only one who charged me. I'm glad she's close to retirement age so others might not be subjected to her "care."

They say no, thats just the way it is. Don't worry they are under warranty. So we drive back to Derry about every 6 weeks and have done so for the past year, all the while getting attitude and long waits times to continue to fix a $3000 pair of hearing aids that havent worked for more than 2 months since we bought them. No consideration for our time or inconvenience, nothing but attitude. The hearing aid brand is Oticon! AVOID!
