Competent, pleasant provider but it ends there.
Every call is screened by someone at a central location and if the screeners deign your call is necessary to speak with a local coordinator, they will put you through to that person's VM. Billing occurs at a glacial pace so if you're looking to get the bill paid quickly, forget it since they take 30+ days to bill your ins company.
Worse, the billing is a little much. Charged $400 for being a "new patient" in addition to the fee for the visit itself, PLUS an outrageous fee for the procedure. Later on in the month, I was charged more than $250 for a provider to give me the results of a lab test over the phone.
Good medical care but they fee you to death. Avoid unless you like spending money needlessly and wholly unnecessarily. read more
