We've been noticing a tree near our house beginning to lean after the last hard storm. I called Max at 9:00. I told him it was a bit of an emergency. He came at 11:00 and looked over the job and gave a quote. Said he would try to get there the following day. However, he showed up the same day and 3 hours later the issue was totally resolved. I can't speak about business practices years ago - but our experience was A+. We called them after seeing their signs up in the neighborhood and after getting ghosted by several other local companies. Cody showed up promptly at our agreed time and took his time to thoughtfully explain several options based on our limited budget. Delays in removal were only due to weather - when the weather looked clear - he called that morning and said the crew was on the way. They safely worked in stages - first couple days were removing high trees. Next visits were for breakdown. They even pruned a few trees at no extra cost while they waited for the big log removal to begin. Cody also recommended a stump grinding company that was amazing! Guy knocks on my door telling me they are "doing work in the neighborhood " so I ask him to quote me a tree removal. Price looks good so I say ok and he says they are coming TOMORROW to do the work. Skip ahead two weeks and he's never shown up so I called to ask what's up. He proceeds to apologize for me "misunderstanding him". So right there I know he's dishonest. Then he says we'll be back in a couple of days and I'll stay in touch. Fast forward two more months and here I am writing this review because I've never seen or heard from him again. Dishonest, unreliable, blame shifting when called out for the mistake. Mason if you read this feel free to lose my contact info because I'd rather pay triple then to do business with you. read more

They came knocking on my door saying they'd be doing work in our development next week and wanted to know if I needed anything done. They gave me an estimate to remove several large branches that broke off a tree. Said they'd be by the following week. Two weeks later I called them and the wife of the owner told me they were working in the area and would probably be by that afternoon. Never showed. Called again the following week and spoke to her again. She said she'd have her husband call me right back. Never got a call. read more

Was referred to this tree service from a friend. They responded very quickly to provide an estimate, which was on the high side. After some negotiation, we arrived at a fair price and I contracted with them to provide the service. This was on Wednesday, Oct 12th. The work was to be done on Friday Oct 14th. When I got home from work on Friday, NO work had been done, I called and left a message. No return call. On Saturday Oct 15th, I called and left a message. No return call. These are NOT reputable tree people. Buyer beware. First clue, high estimate, second clue no show to provide service, Third and final clue, no returned calls. read more

Used this company in 2013 to remove and trim trees and grind stumps. I foolishly paid in full and they never came back to grind the stumps. I called several times, always getting the answering machine. I finally called pretending I was a new client and left a message requesting a quote. No surprise that they returned THAT call. I told them I was still waiting for the stump grinding, to which they responded that the equipment was being repaired but they'd be out as soon as they could. Never heard from them again, and gave up. I've since found out that several people in my area had a similar experience. AVOID! read more

Great Company, They were the cheapest out of my 3 estimates also they were able to send out a crew that week to take car of the issue after a bad storm. They are definitely not the biggest business but they have great prices and have all the equipment to do any job. read more

Be careful in dealing with this company. Made the mistake of not getting multiple quotes. Trusted these people, but ended up paying a lot for what they did. Crew has a bucket truck and they like to use it. Trim extensively where the bucket will reach, don't where it won't, result is some one-sided tree trims. Nice enough, but wouldn't use again or recommend. read more

BEWARE -- this is not a reputable or legitimate tree service company. They do not sign or provide written contract agreements. They have only a small set of old equipment (bucket tree and chipper-shredder). They have no access to a log truck , crane, or stump grinder. They park their equipment on your property overnight for multiple days. They lack a skilled tree climber. In the process of taking down a large tree on my property, they managed to drop two limbs through the roof of my tool shed, and even managed to damage my neighbors shed which is nearly 40 yards away. They claim they are fully insured -- don't believe it. After inflicting damage on my property, they have not made good on any reimbursement and won't respond to phone calls. Do not use these people!!! Came throug my neighborhood in April looking for work. Started off with a reasonable price. Had them take down seven trees, said they would be back in a few days to grind the stumps. I'm still waiting!!! It's two months later and I'm still waiting.. Have called numerous times and there's always an excuse, even from the owner and their contact person speaks perfect English until he realized who is calling and then his English gets suddenly "bad". read more
