I ordered flowers online on a Wednesday evening for delivery on Thursday. I reached out to my friend on Thursday evening asking if she received the flowers, but she had not. She works in healthcare and with COVID 19, there are many restriction to get on her campus so I advised her to check wherever deliveries the following day. Friday she called over and was told that nothing was delivered. Saturday morning came with no delivery so I called the florist and advised that the flowers were not delivered. The gentleman on the other end of the phone said "oh we were going to deliver those today. That place takes forever to get on campus and we are trying to bundle orders together. We've even considered not delivering there." Ummm sir, she only works Monday through Friday so she won't be there today. He replies that he would check with his driver to determine if they got delivered and he would get back to me. He ended the call saying he was almost positive that they were delivered and questioned if someone took my friends flowers to their office or somewhere else. Long story short, no apology, no real perceived desire to come to a solution. He did state he would return my call. I ended that call at 9:08 am. At 4:30 that same day when I did not hear back, I called the florist again and 2 times they sent me to voicemail (which I could tell by the amount of rings). Needless to say, I'm disputing the charges with my credit card and I would NEVER recommend this florist. RIDICULOUS customer service and horrible business sense.
