Most importantly, they did an incredible job cleaning up. Not only did they clean the areas where they had taken down the trees; it was early December and they did a cleanup of leaves in most of the yard, so that I didn't have to do the end-of-season yardwork that I was planning on doing!

Stick to lawns, bag the clippings. You obviously can't bag snow, or remove it, only move it where it's not wanted. Try recruiting in Canada instead of Jamaica.
