There was one time where she had to reschedule because her son was sick & wanted to make sure it wasn't covid. I definitely respected her for taking that precaution as she wouldn't want to infect her clients. Especially because I was coming in to be threaded before leaving on vacation. Her son ended up being ok & I was able to come in a few days later, just in time. How I walked around this long without groomed eyebrows, I don't know. But I've seen her about 3 times now & am about to schedule my next appointment.

She immediately made me feel at ease--and I ended up booking her services. On the day of my appointment, Cathy reviewed everything again and went to work. She is truly an artist! She asked me several questions about my preferences--shape, thickness, color, and more. She carefully measured my face and brows, then drew a template to show her vision. She tweaked the design a few times based on my input to make sure it matched exactly what I wanted. Cathy sanitized the work area and my skin before starting the procedure. The entire microblading process was surprisingly clean and painless. The results were amazing. After years of over-plucking, my brows were thin and patchy. She did not make an appointment for me to see if she could fix it, simply said to stop by. Furthermore, her first pass with the needle was done with no numbing cream. NOT PLEASANT!! For $27 plus tip, I don't expect the greatest haircut and they never are, they're pretty mediocre. I have been told by The Barbers many times that if my kid just wants a simple line on the side of his head, there's no design fee, but if they want to do a lightning bolt or something like that, it's a $10 design fee, I totally get it. Today after getting another mediocre haircut and after having to hairdresser to please fix my son's hair because it was so uneven, I was charged $10 for two little lines on the side. I explained to the girl that she has told me many times if they just want to have a little line it's no fee and if it's a lightning bolt, it's a $10 fee. She refused to remove the fee. Paying $37 plus tip for a very mediocre haircut (that is still uneven) on a five year-old that took about 7 minutes, I can honestly never return here. She butchered my poor babies hair and he cried his eyes out the entire way home. I'm editing the review to add one more star because I was reached out to by the manager and she agreed that this was a terrible haircut and refunded me. She offered to fix it, but I had already taken scissors to my son's hair myself to attempt a fix. I appreciated her acknowledging that the haircut was not good, apologizing to me and offering to fix it as well as reimbursing me. That is great management.
