Lesley is the owner of the salon and has no customer services skills. I called today to book a…read morewaxing appointment. My last appointment I tried to reschedule because I was stuck in traffic. I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!
