Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key.
