Firing an employee for expressing an important message of empowerment and support on her personal vehicle, having no impact on her work or those she and the Y were serving, is disgusting. And the hypocritical statement released by the CEO, Andrew Zimmer, just makes it worse. I live in the community adjacent to this Y and an appalled at the horrible judgment and shameful lack of community leadership displayed here. I hope the greater YMCA organization takes appropriate action.

The bottoms of the machines are caked with dirt, as is the floors next to the machines. Maintenance pushes the cart cleaning nothing. The ladies room is out of top and towels many times a month. Every employee walks around on their phones, or sit on their phones. I do not know what their jobs are. The only good thing is you will always get a hi when you check in.

My children were constantly sick, it was disorganized, they couldn't follow directions about my children. My son was bitten and NO ONE told me about it until I asked what happened. Also, the camera system network was overloaded and had serious blind spots that the teachers would hang out in. Even though we are no longer with them I can still access it which says a lot about their security. I probably would have just parted ways and quietly went on our way, my son did learn some things there and did make some friends. However, they informed me two weeks after we left and over two months after the fact that I had missed a payment. The owner refused to return any phone calls to my husband on the matter and they sent it to collections adding over $100 in additional fees to the original balance. After I found the receipt for the week in question they supposedly rectified it with the collection people however they had previously told my husband they couldn't do anything about it once it was in collections. So we can just add lying and misdirection to the heap. No one has offered an apology and instead of addressing my complaints they just deleted my review on Facebook. Both of which would have gone a long way in rectifying this situation and leaving my husband and I with a more complacent view of them.

My newly 3 year old daughter was kicked out after 3 weeks for "not adjusting well enough". She…read morecried all day the first week and half and only in the mornings the second week and a half. I tried various techniques to help her feel comfortable but it never seemed to help. In the 3 weeks she was there I only received a few daily reports for her behavior, eating habits, diaper changes. I sent her in with a backpack full of diapers and they didn't take them out for days. Instead one day she was sent home in a diaper that was too small on her (2 sizes too small) and another day she came home in a diaper that was too big (1 size bigger). Both days of those incidents she had diapers available. On the very last day, exactly 3 weeks in, an employee said "she much be really hungry when she gets home." So I asked why they say that. That's when I learned that shew as not eating anything at the daycare while there and she was there for breakfast, snack, lunch, and snack 5 days a week. It took 15 days of going there to find that out. Other employees and myself had a feeling it was a personality clash between the employee working during a certain shift. When I spoke to the owner about it she denied that as a possibility and 100% put the blame on my daughter not adjusting well enough. It was a blessing because when she changed to another daycare she thrived and would run inside and didn't want to leave. At PCC she would start screaming and crying streets away, refusing to go inside, and when I would arrive for pick up she would run out like she couldn't get out fast enough.

It was the best decision. The place is clean, the teachers are amazing and all the staff and services are outstanding. My son loves going to school and loves every member of the staff. I've picked up both of my littles soaked through their clothes multiple times & all they have to say is sorry. The owner Mike is rarely there to see what is really happening there. When I contacted him regarding my children getting hurt and no one could explain why he 1st offered to let me see video footage from my Childrens home rooms. And when I agreed to view the videos for reassurance he then refused. My 4 year old witnessed a man picking up another child in his classroom aggressively by his neck over a situation with his child and staff did nothing. Do you and your children a favor. RUUUUUN!!!
