I called a couple weeks ago inquiring about a spray tan since I was going to Florida for 10 days. I have never had a spray tan but after talking with her I knew that was the way to go. I was a little anxious when I got there for my appointment but she assured me it would be ok. I had a lot of questions. The spraying itself wasn't bad at all and Courtney was very friendly and professional so it went very well. She gave me instructions on how to care for my tan and told me to call tomorrow if I needed anything. Now that's how you run your business. Thanks Sunroom for your hospitality and service. The indoor/outdoor pool I had read about had the door locked and part of the pool area had no water in it. The locker room area had a steam room and a sauna I believe but all of these were closed for covid I guess. Paid full price for a top notch spa that was listed but obviously the awards they have gotten for this spa much be from the 90s. Please leave a message." I left a message some time ago and haven't heard from anyone. I also saw where there was a law suit for this very issue - Palm Beach owed a group of people money. I went against my gut feeling and gave it another try.... this is day TWO with Palm Beach, it's currently 10:30am and I'm told I cant tan until after 1:30pm due to their 24 hour policy. Well, I'm leaving town at 11am and wont be back until tomorrow. I live 30 mins north of Columbia so that would be an extra trip. I dont know about the rest of you but my schedule isn't the same day to day.... I have 4 kids and a fulltime job....now I have to try and remember what time I tanned the previous day??
