I called a couple weeks ago inquiring about a spray tan since I was going to Florida for 10 days. I have never had a spray tan but after talking with her I knew that was the way to go. I was a little anxious when I got there for my appointment but she assured me it would be ok. I had a lot of questions. The spraying itself wasn't bad at all and Courtney was very friendly and professional so it went very well. She gave me instructions on how to care for my tan and told me to call tomorrow if I needed anything. Now that's how you run your business. Thanks Sunroom for your hospitality and service. You will do well!

I personally got a facial and a Swedish massage. It was my first ever massage and it got me hooked! My masseuse was very polite and professional. He did a great job! We also enjoyed the mineral pool, swimming pool, meditation area, sauna, & steam room. They provided fruit infused water for free refreshments. I was greeted with one after each appointment! Definitely will be recommending and returning! A must do if you're at Lake of the Ozarks!

But my appointment started wayyyy past my appointment time. Like maybe an hour late, I would have appreciated a phone call. The person before me obviously was late or something. Good thing I had nothing going on and was in town killing time. As they ask that you come early anyway to relax and enjoy the amenities. I used the mineral pool in the spa which was okay. It didn't have any jets or a waterfall, it was basic. The resort itself is just sad and rundown. The indoor/outdoor pool I had read about had the door locked and part of the pool area had no water in it. The locker room area had a steam room and a sauna I believe but all of these were closed for covid I guess. Paid full price for a top notch spa that was listed but obviously the awards they have gotten for this spa much be from the 90s. Great great massage though he really got out a ton of knots in my back and neck.

It's a job, but if you're gonna be at the front desk, you have to act like the people coming in actually matter. all of the beds are shit, which was surprising to me considering it's a big college town where tanning is pretty popular. The rooms are good if you like everybody being able to see your feet and not having a mirror. nine out of 10 times I end up locked in the room because of the shitty ass locks.
