I was super nervous about having my home cleaned and ready for our new baby (especially with a home birth). Brighten Homes Cleaning Service took care of the rooms and places that I wouldn't even think of to clean myself. Not only did they make it look presentable but also helped prevent some hazards in my home such as fire and mold that I would have never noticed. Amazing customer service and care. I trust them especially since they use ALL natural and organic cleaners that helps not only keep my home clean but safe against harsh chemicals. I can't wait to use this service again in the future! They did a wonderful job responding in short notice and were able to come out next day! They did a good job getting surface dirty/dust through the house and a couple little things like windowsills and vents, however, upon going through the home after they left we noticed the floors weren't really clean, the cabinets weren't wiped, fridge was semi clean, they didn't clean the showers/or it didn't seem so, and there was a residue left from their cleaning products everywhere. Was hoping for the cost they would clean the floors better, and get into spaces more especially since there was nothing in the home in their way. Overall average service if not looking for a deep cleaning. I was able to clean better with my steam mop and scrub brush after they left in areas it didn't seem like they touched, but they did get a lot of dust from fans, windows, and vents.
