We told him we didn't have a lot of money and needed to build a temporary fence for our son's dogs that would be secure until we could afford to build a wooden one. We told him we could not come to Arkansas until October 22nd and needed someone we could trust to do the work. We also needed all the leaves and trees trimmed in the yard and taken away. He assured us that he was the lowest priced contractor in the area and would take care of us. We had one other bid for $1500, chain link but the person could not do it for one week. Roshaun asked how much was the other bid, we told him and he said he could do it for $1200. Our son showed us the completed fence that was absolutely horrible, he used chicken wire that only cost about $21! He sub contracted out the yard maintenance that was not completed. They left a pile of leaves behind our shed. When I called him out on his poor work he agreed that it was not his best and said he would fix it if we bought better fencing & would not charge us labor. He came to the house three times and each time he was late. We chose not to use him again. Worst experience we have ever had! He shared with us that he had a lot of personal issues going on and would be shutting down his business due to a former customer not paying him. I guess that's why he took advantage of us. BEWARE! I hope to be able to get some of our money back when We take him to small claims court.
