This store is very neat, clean and well maintained, full of very expensive clothing items. What I…read morereally liked about this store is that they seemed to stay away from the trends and instead focus on very nice, classic pieces for you to add to your wardrobe. I don't mind spending good money on clothing when I know I will get a lot of wear out of the item, and when I'm confident it's made well. This is that kind of place. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked if I wanted water while I browse the store - this was a totally new experience for me and I was slightly taken aback. The sales person seemed very genuine. I will say that they did not have much of a jewelry selection, and I am always on the hunt for a good piece. Anything they did have was pretty generic and way too expensive. Make your way to the back for the (small) sale section, and check out their very nice men's selection as well.

I recently walked in and went to the sales rack, where I found a dress that I wanted to try on for fun. It fit perfectly and I loved it. It's sale price was 60 bucks-an awesome price for a well made fancy dress. They were so kind and took good care of the dress for me. Great place to buy dresses!

I'm 5'3 and finding petite clothes is a challenge at times but with Talbots, the selection is bountiful. Each piece at Talbots is timeless and holds its value. When I go in this store, D (store manager) and her team make me feel amazing! I appreciate their honesty, helpfulness and love the overall vibe. This past weekend I brought my sister in this store to shop and she's now a Talbots lover too. She found staple pieces to wear to school that will hold their value (and style) for years.

Heather Batts and this store took me for the wildest, most frustrating ride. They "ordered my…read moredress" and promised a May delivery and to reach out by April 2023. Come end of May, still no communication. I had to call, text, and email for several weeks until I finally received a response. She promised my dress was ready and we set a date for my first try-on. I arrived at the location and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked that I leave. She claimed we never set an appointment and that she hasn't looked through the boxes yet to see if my dress arrived. She told me she'd call me back by EOD to set a new time. She did the same runaround - never called, never texted. I had to try again for weeks to get ahold of her. Finally, we talked and set a new date to pickup my dress. The day comes around and she said she couldn't get a flight back to Charlotte and was back home in Nashville. We set a new date - yet again - and she stands me up AGAIN. Claims her "store was broken into and she was too emotional to stay and needed to reschedule." Her store is on the second floor with a locked elevator bank?? Now it has been 3 different times she has stood me up. We scheduled yet another appointment and she - AGAIN - stands me up saying she got into a car accident. A few days later she drops off my dress to my alterations store with a promise to refund me (unfortunately, I paid in cash). I have followed up with her for the refund since July and still nothing. Every time I text her she gives me yet another lie as to why she can't refund me just yet (paypal is down, her credit machine isn't working, etc.). This is the most horrible store and person on earth. Buying your dress is supposed to be one of the best experiences while wedding planning and she made it the most stressful.

We looked around at dresses and picked a few for her to try. She narrowed it down to a few and still wanted to shop around for other options. Overall, the experience was pleasant. I purchased my first dress from Ever's Bridal in 2019 and from the time I walked in they made sure…read morethat I was attended to and comfortable. As a plus size bride I was nervous that I would feel as an afterthought or that I would have to settle for something that fits at least. My experience was nothing like that. The salon was beautifully decorated and they even had mimosas and petite bite sized desserts displayed on a cute cart for us. Hannah, the owner has a great personality and was very hands on. She worked patiently with me and allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to take pictures and call people and ask questions. My original wedding date was shifted twice during the pandemic and with all the extra time I started second guessing my dress. On the hunt I went for another one and I ultimately came back to Ever's because of the customer service experience and Hannah. The staff are all so sweet and there's NO PRESSURE. Things were different this time because of COVID so masks are required and instead of sandwiches and treats there was mimosas and water. I had a terrible experience with another local salon and I couldn't even get them to return my calls for over a year to schedule an appointment. When I wrote a review about them they suddenly emailed me back apologizing. Too late. I called Ever's to ask a question about my dress and not only did she promptly return my call but informed me about a trunk show happening this weekend. Today I purchased two additional dresses off the rack and don't regret it not one bit. They're having them cleaned and I'll pick them up next month. So now I have three wedding dresses for an incredible price and will refer everyone I know here. If you're a bride looking for affordable wedding gowns in an affirming bridal salon, Ever's is your one stop shop! Now to figure out where to hide them from my fiancée lol.
