I took four classes and terry was by far the best thus far (even tho a bit stiff) I wish they offered more Vinyasa flow classes. However, other classes just seemed choppy and without intent. Aquidneck Island needs more options and this is a fine enough studio but it just didn't offer a smooth Vinyasa flow type of practice which I am accustomed. I will give it a few more tries... Oh, and I still have yet to find meditation...did they used to offer it? I need to investigate than one when I go next time. Hari Om!

They moved from the original smaller studio to a new larger space one block away a few years ago, and it is gorgeous - bright and roomy and very welcoming. There are a wide variety of classes offered for every yogi - from introductory to more advanced. The teachers are all highly experienced guides, and I always walk out of the studio feeling healthier in body, mind and soul. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. :) I highly recommend trying some of their workshops too!

Susie takes you into a beautiful meditation while she works on your body and targets the areas that need the most work. Her soft voice and deep breathing while manipulating the areas you have experienced pain earlier will no longer feel any discomfort. The studio alone takes your breath away. The reception area is lovely. She will get you settled in a hot foot bath while getting you settled with a ginger tea while manipulating your feet to get you ready to enter her room . The soft music the inviting yoga room is soothing and calming. I can only tell you from my experience that you will love your experience.
