Dr Holland is a good practitioner and i will always be grateful for the care she has given to me and my husband. Good afternoon, Loretta:…read more I just wanted to personally share my experience I shared with you on the phone the other day as I feel it should not go without mention before it is shared with others.  I recently moved down here to North Carolina from Virginia. I have been a Virginia resident my entire life, and moving to a new state can be overwhelming. Luckily, I have family in the area as this is where my mother's side of the family is originally from! My cousin, Mrs. Waller who I am very close with, personally and highly recommended Goshen Medical Center when I asked if she had any doctor's she thought were a nice office for my family to switch to as we are new to the area. Much to my surprise, the response I received on the phone from you after reading my medical file was not only rude - but extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. As a site leader for your office, I am extremely upset at your response that indicated I was doctor shopping or whatever the terminology may be because you read that I have prescriptions for PTSD, and severe anxiety, after a domestic violence incident I am still overcoming to this day. I can't believe my cousin would trust and respect a facility that treats new patients like drug addicts after passing judgement reading their medical files. I find it interesting after days of waiting for a response about being accepted as a new patient your only answer to me was "Dr. Holland doesn't prescribe pain medication, benzos, nor narcotics" as if that were my ONLY reason for contacting your office. Was this response warranted on your own accord, or was this a message relayed from you directly from Dr. Holland or the nurse practitioner Carie Brown? I want to make sure my formal complaint is addressed to the proper party. I absolutely do NOT recommend Dr. Holland nor this office. Thanks so much! Alicia F.

Well I went here with my brother-inlaw to pickup some prescriptions. It is a small little pharmacy…read morebut they have what you need. Now it isn't like your Walgreen's and CVS's but sometimes that's good. You can stop in here and get what you need as there is no crowds to deal with. And I like it because it's locally owned and operated and not a chain pharmacy, and you actually talk to the pharmacist that filled your prescription. That don't happen at the big box stores.
