As someone with particularly bad eyesight, I've seen many opthamologists (ie the one's with the medical degrees!) throughout my life, and not one has spent as much time with me. They normally give up, but Mary continued until she was convinced she had gotten the best possible correction/prescription for me. She also was the first to notice in my 30 years that I needed a special fitted lens for my right eye, because the regular lens did not fit correctly. As a contact lens wearer, this is really important because of possible damage to the cornea (bad). She also had lots of time for any questions I might have and gave great advice on how to take care of my eyes. More expensive than specsavers etc but for people with not the run of the mill eyesight problems, definitely worth every cent. read more
