Neither did the therapist correctly address, on the contrary…read more Fortunately because I've had PT for other injuries in my life and also worked in healthcare (board certified) I immediately recognized what a boon-doggle this facility is and terminated all therapy with them. In addition I don't think their billing process is what you want either. With my previous PT I had no copay and never got a bill; everything covered. These people charge you a copay which is NOT a Medicare practice. Looks like they're just overcharging you and the end-user doesn't know better. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. For many their PT may affect their quality of life critically. The patient needs to see the best PT.

Then waited another 1 1/2 hours for blood work. This has got to be the most disorganized incompetent doctors office I have ever been in. I had to go to same office for consult of a procedure to take place in Las Cruses. Again total chaos and incompetency. Then I find out more incompetence about my name when I checked the pharmacy about my prescriptions. Not even close!! Avoid this place if you value your life and sanity.
