I normally Prefer a female masseuse but They only had one person available and it was a male. I decided to try it anyway since I was calling a few hours before the appointment. When I arrived the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. It was my first time there so she showed me around and explained the layout. Now for the massage. Hands down one of the best massages I gotten in years. Ace did my massage after 90 mins I left feeling relaxed floating on clouds. I will definitely make this part of my regular routine.

What a fantastic experience…read more I visited D'lor for my birthday after my partner gifted me a spa gift card. When I searched for spas and came across the great reviews for D'lor, I was set. Their prices, packages and great Yelp reviews were all selling points that solidified my plan to book with them, and I was not disappointed. I initially planned to book on the website as I never prefer phone calls if I can avoid them, lol. Unfortunately, the website did not show any availability for the day I was hoping to go, but I figured it was because of the short 1-day turnaround. In an unusual move, I called D'lor just to be sure they didn't have availability and lucky me - they actually did have a spot. YAY! Bridget at the front was so patient and helped accommodate me for the day/time and package that I was looking for. Upon arrival, it was easy to find a parking space and head right on in. I was greeted warmly and given a short form to complete before heading in. The salon was booked and busy, set in a separate portion of the business, it was so peaceful as ladies hustled in and out. Once I finished my form I was taken to the ladies dressing area and given a locker that included a robe and slides. The space was intimate, offering a private toilet, sauna, and more, all in one space. Once I got changed I went and took a seat in the sitting room. This space was sooo comfy, I almost hesitated a bit when my masseuse came and got me lol. I hate that I didn't catch either of my providers name because they were both amazing! I went with one of their February packages that included a 60min massage, 60 min facial and a steam bath. I forgot about the steam bath but, wow, my massage and facial were great. My massage was nice, not life-changing, but it was a good experience. That facial? Amazing. After switching my medication recently, my skin has been struggling and I really needed a good facial and extractions. Miss Ma'am got me right!! She got under my skin in the best way, she even snatched a random hair that was on my chin without me asking LOL. From calling in for my appointment, to my arrival, and exit - this was a fantastic experience! I will be running back to have another spa day at D'lor.

He gives good washes to...big, strong hands..not for the timid. His daughter also does hair there, however I've never seen her doing anyone's hair but her own. She's seems kinda aloof and not very friendly. She did my hair once and it was okay but her attitude was not pleasant at all. Nicole, is another stylist there. Probably the only one with the most clients. She's a good stylist and I've been to her several times. She loves cutting on your hair and that's why I choose not to go back. She also has 3 clients come in at the same time. What's the point of having an appointment if you schedule everyone at the same time. I hate that because my time is very important. I'm always there for 3+ hours for a wash/flat iron. I give this place 3 stars because my hair has been satisfactory...nothing to brag about..customer service lacks. Mr. T is great...he should hire stylist that make his business run more smoothly. If your looking for mediocre and nothing special and don't mind waiting...this is the place for you.

I was a few minutes late but was in and out before 12:10 pm. Everyone was friendly. I was shampooed, conditioned, and wet wrap set before 11 am. Mr. T hooked me up with a nice trim and style. I have short hair cut in a bob. I didn't want anyone too scissor happy in my head. I like to get tge back faded out. The prices aren't outrageous. I was able to pay via credit card. I believe he's going to be my stylist. I made another appointment for next Saturday. They get their clients in and out with great service. They offer a variety of services (locks, texturizers, color, & eye brow arching). I highly recommend them.

First of all, I knew for $50 I would not get anything top of the line. But this is by far the…read moreworst sewin I've ever gotten. The braider is a newbie (assuming from the sewer continuously calling him over to show him certain things). I got there on a Sunday at noon, I left at 4:15. As I was being asked which package I wanted, it was ever stated that the tracks would be cut. However I was okay with that. Once I sat in the stylist chair she asked me if I was sure if I wanted the tracks cut. I said okay. But when she was done, she didn't even use my two FULL bundles. I've been to other weave shops, walk in shops, $50 shops and I've gotten a very good basic sew-in. Braided down tightly, all two full bundles sewn in double tracked uncut with a leave out. That's basic right. This place was less than basic! And for 4 hours to end up with below mediocre. Save your time and money.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!…read more You get what you pay for. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she didn't even get close. The stylist smelled like cigarettes and she rushed doing my hair, but I was the only customer there at the time. My hair looks so bad that people couldn't even tell I got it done. I reached out to the owner to rectify the issue. She told me to call her but when I asked for the number, she never responded. I literally live right down the street from the salon, so the picture I posted was taken 10 minutes after I left the shop. This stylist should not be allowed to work professionally & needs to go back to hair school.
