The gutter between my house and my lanai gets clogged with leaves and moss from trees. It is very difficult to find someone to clean it because I have a very steep roof. I have had other gutter cleaners show up, take one look at my steep roof and tell me that they can't do the job. Peter's Pressure Washing sent me a text message to remind me of my scheduled appointment, along with a photo of the technician who would do the work. Jason, from Peter's Pressure Washing took on the job and safely cleaned out the gutters and down spouts. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard looking great! I will definitely be calling on Peter's Pressure Washing the next time my gutter gets clogged.

I intentionally waited several months before writing this review because I wanted to see how…read moreeverything held up over time. We had our pavers cleaned and sealed last fall, along with having our windows and lanais washed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. After dealing with several other paver companies that either didn't follow through or left us disappointed, I was understandably hesitant. I explained our past experiences to Ben, and he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. The entire team exceeded our expectations. Josh, the Production Manager, personally came out to inspect the project and made sure everything met their high standards. There were a couple of small details he wanted addressed, and he didn't hesitate to have them taken care of. That level of quality control and pride in their work really impressed us. Rob, one of their service technicians, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Several months later, our pavers still look fantastic, and we're so happy we chose this company. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I'm always looking for companies I can confidently recommend, and I would absolutely recommend them to my clients, as well as my family and friends. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.
