I discovered Botanical Designs through their website and photos! I was also able to find exactly what I was looking for! It was a beautiful single rose design -- but truly spectacular! It was also called, "My One and Only" -- so perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner. When I called to order, they were so friendly, and professional and discussed the color choices and made recommendations, as well. I arranged to have them delivered to the venue. The week prior, I called to update them with the hours the venue might be available for delivery. The morning of the funeral for my step-mom I walk in and NO WREATH, STAND OR INSIDE CASKET FLOWERS! Kassly had to drive up there that morning and pick them up for us. Added stress for an already hectic day. mueller even charged me a delivery fee. NO ANSWER on their phones and no voice mail.
