We usually go to the Long Beach location. This time we wanted to try the original location in Lido Beach. Same great ice cream paired with great service. Even when the line was long, it quickly dissipated. I got my favorite, mint. The sprinkles fit in nicely for 4th of July weekend. I had the peanut butter yogurt in a cone with crunchies, my son had the chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and a cherry. It was good but the peanut butter flavor wasn't as peanut buttery as other peanut butter ice creams or frozen yogurts I've tried. Marvel is cash only so if you're planning to stop by make sure to have that cash on you. The service is also window service only. I'm not sure if they shut down for the winter or not. I love my ice cream which is why I didn't stay vegan for long when I tried to do it at the end of last year and Marvel is a decent ice cream stop. read more
