She personally came to my home multiple times to make sure the accessories were all perfectly placed (not leaving me to figure it out on my own). She also has a high commitment to customer service, especially when you encounter a problem. We had to send back a media cabinet several times to a custom cabinet maker, who was not following the defined specs. Finally, on the third try, she took the cabinet out of our home, refunded our money, and dealt with the issue on her own time with the cabinet maker, so we wouldn't have to deal with it any further. This stager was provided at no cost by my former Realtor, noting my house really did not need…read morestaging, but as it was included - I thought "why not"? I made the grave error of assuming provided staging would be NEUTRAL [i.e not... teal long hair faux fur pillow against lime green floral wallpaper in the sunroom which I inherited when buying the home]; that was not the case. I will attach multiple photos so you can judge for yourself. Consequently - I was not able to use (or had to manually edit - myself) several of the interior photos intended for the property listing. Of equal disappointment.... FACT: I was out of town for 4 days while staging occurred. I was NOT happy to discover this stager took the liberty to turn my 20 year old AC from 73 degrees down to 69 and left it that way for days until I returned. Her retort when I addressed this was "I was working and it was hot". She had my contact info - a courtesy call to ask permission (and remembering to return it to back down to it's original state) would have been GREAT. Given both of these items - I can only give 1 star and encourage you to get very clear on what materials would be used (if you aren't there to supervise the end result). Selling a home is stressful enough - this started that journey on a very bad/disappointing note.

First, a little background. I had been trying to remodel my kitchen pretty much on my own, and…read morewith a little bit of help from a local unnamed big box home improvement store. Total nightmare! Finally, I looked in the yellow pages for someone specializing in kitchen cabinets because I had a very specific look I was going for. I stumbled upon this little itty bitty ad for Fine Kitchens & Baths by Patricia Dunlop and I noticed that she was a certified kitchen designer! I hoped and prayed that maybe I pick her brain for some design help, and boy oh boy were my prayers answered. She talked with me on the phone for about 45 minutes, and asked me to send her some pictures of the space I had to work with and anything that had given me "inspiration". She got back to me a few days later with a mock-up of what I can only describe as my dream kitchen! My only regret is that I spent so many wasted hours trying to do it all myself, because I didn't want to spend the money to have it professionally designed. My total bill from Patricia was less than most of the other cabinetry quotes I received. OK, I'm rambling now, but in all seriousness Patricia is fantastic and I highly recommend her and her work. I went with the Brookhaven cabinets by the way, although I think she offers a few other brands as well. I believe she also offers design services without cabinet purchase, but don't hold me to it:)
