I originally went to Martin's Rejuvenation back in the fall of 2018 looking for fillers for areas on my face. I was worried about certain spots & Dr. Narula explained to me that they were not as bad as I thought they were. Instead of taking my money & doing the extra fillers, she talked me out of it. I am fairly new to injectables and treatments so I went into my appointment this week a little nervous. The staff were all so warm and welcoming! They spent so much time explaining how the treatments work and answering all my questions. I went in open minded and explained my concern with my dehydrated skin that is leading to premature aging. They recommended the Skinvive treatment and I loved it!! I am very nervous of how painful procedures can be but this was nothing! Im thankful my skin is getting back to a normal healthy glow which is what I needed before the dry winter air hits! read more

HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid for 56 units plus 8 in touch up of Korean botox that I was told lasts longer than botox and it lasted for less than 4 weeks injected by Vanessa. SAM, the regional manager refused to acknowledge the obvious mediocrity of the treatment and rudeness of Lisa, assistant manager who treated me horribly they, gaslit me. Lisa gave me dirty looks and negative attitude when I addressed the inadequate results and then has the nerve to play the victim. IF you stand up for yourself they kick you out. Pure narcissistic behavior and passive aggressive bullying. She was cold toward me and my husband and then lies to her superiors. Unprofessional and mean.They do not acknowledge their mistakes and they lie. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF and use the lame "sorry if you "feel " that way..." They were discriminatory and shameless. Hugely disappointing, they are dismissive as another Reviewer has pointed out. They do not reprimand their staff and are derogatory and disrespectful to the client. Sam, the regional manager had the nerve to deny the obvious full movement in my forehead and said that after 2 months it should be fading.FALSE!!! I have unevenness in my face due to a car accident snd ahe even tried to convince me that is incorrect. Abhorrent, low, petty and greedy. All they care about is profit. 100% Robbery. I mentioned about a documentary about nurses and this is what they focused on. Deflection and gaslighting it seems are their motto. This was my experience and Maybe I would have seen Krystal but after the way I was treated by Lisa her coldness and horrendous attitude I was completely turned off. It was obvious there was still movement in my forehead and instead of having someone see me that day, she wanted to book me 2 weeks from that day. She treated me like those rude sales people with disgust in their face when you want to return something as well as the injector Vanessa when I needed a touch up. The regional manager had the audacity to say that this was all in my head. I had a surge of negativity spewed at me, Talked down to me like I don't matter. Why would I return there?? So they could mess me up some more ??? Now I have full movement in my forehead as if I had no injection. This is NOT 50 units.....if so my forehead would be frozen. 20 units at best. Total rip off. My husband and I were in utter disbelief at the sheer disrespect and utter disregard for total lack of acknowledgement of their bad business and bad behavior. I will be reporting these employees as instead of defending the client, and reprimanding the bad behavior of the reception and I don't know what was injected in my forehead but it WAS NOT 50 units.....they manipulate the situation to suit them. Totally disgraceful and bad business. I will not be letting this go and will be posting photos. I'm beyond disgruntled. Unacceptable for a regional manager. They are immature and pretend to be professional but they are phony, arrogant and entitled. They have a cookie cutter robotic answer for everything. No heart in the absolute. They absolutely do not care about your face or anything you have to say. I would give a minus 100 if it was available. They are cold NOT nice and are mean and then when you react in utter disbelief to the absolute nonsense and gaslighting, they twist it around to save their necks. Lisa & Sam are insincere, fake and left a putrid taste in my mouth. They won't get away with this bad behavior as I will be escalating this further. Lies and denial are completely unacceptable to cover mistakes that were done on my face and the deflection and then blame shifting. Sam told me it was too bad so sad for me a &kicked me out because instead of bringing me into her office we talked in the front lobby. I was very nice as I have witness and proof. I was calm and Sam kept saying "Im sorry IF YOU BELIEVE this happened "...calling me delusional. And then she asked me to leave because she didn't like the truth and that was the solution. I have been a few times for a few different treatments. I dont know who can pick just one staff member here. All the ladies at the reception have always been friendly and welcoming. The nurses are top notch and are always knowledgeable and always smiling. The Drs are educated and informed. The entire team is nothing less than awesome! I enjoy my time and my experience!
