They claim their LLC for Bentleys is licensed and when contacted by the licensing board, they don't have a license for Bentleys Painting, only Palma Stucco (photo attached of them claiming to be licensed) Bentleys Painting installed a faulty new deck that is dangerous and splintering within months of installation. It's unsafe and we have a baby in our home. Bentleys committed to correcting this deck at no additional cost and disappeared and refuses to return our money or our request for them to complete the deck with proper wood and installation. Bentleys selected the wood, purchased and installed it and have not rectified this situation to date. This review will remain on here as is until Luis Palma and Oscar Villa rectify the situation.
