When I went to pick it up at 5:15 after they closed, they were supposed to leave the key in it yet they never did that and cost me over 30 minutes in extra travel time. Third, I personally witnessed the new front end going in my truck before I brought it to them and the components were marked and nothing was touched as far as I'm concerned on my truck. The proof is I brought it to another place 2 days later and they said this truck is all out of whack. I have proof in the pictures attached as they seemingly manipulated the machine to make it look correct. The first picture is the printout they gave me to show all green the second picture is from the new place I brought it to on the top it shows how bad it was and on the bottom you can see it fixed. But beyond Great, in a class all its own, is Carranco & Sons Tire And Muffler. They have that rarest kind of customer service that only comes from a family business that combines integrity and genuine caring. After driving three days, I was stuck far from home on Labor Day with a flat tire. Carranco & Sons responded to a message by telling me they were closed and suggested a competitor, but instead of ending the conversation there, the owner began calling area tire places to make sure they were open. When he called me back, it was to let me know that indeed, everyone in the area was closed for the holiday, so he'd decided to drive into work and help me out himself! He and his wife both came, and she was a joy to visit with while he was working on my car. He found a screw in my tire, fixed it, then aired the other three up to the recommended pressure. They were quick, very inexpensive, and above all, cheerful about being there WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED to fix my problem. I can't say enough about this place; if you are anywhere near Zolfo Springs, there's no need to shop around - just call them!

Stay away! Grelis Ruiz, the owner, is a dishonest person!…read moreI went to Bent Rim Repair for 2 used tires. After the tires were installed, my Jeep had a vibration, it didn't have a vibration before this. I went right back to the store, and was offered a solution. They didn't have any more tires that size, so they put my 2 old tires back on and gave me a refund. When my card was run through the card reader, it said "transaction unsuccessful. " The card reader said it was refunded, but the refund never went through. I was told to give it a couple days, because sometimes refunds take longer, so I did. I went back about a week later, and told them there was still no refund. I was told come back again, because maybe the refund still needed more tome to go through. When I returned the second time, Grelis told me that I would have to check with my bank to see what the problem with my refund was. I called the bank, and the bank told me that there was no record of this refund, and that the problem must be with Bent Rim Repair's bank. Now, I believe that the card reader simply had a problem sending the refund, because it said "transaction unsuccessful." And this was told to Grelis Ruiz. She told me she'd like to keep my receipt from the refund, so she could use it to "look into the problem." She gave me a reprint of the receipt to use instead. We'll, I didn't look very close at the reprinted receipt before leaving the store, but I wish I did. This is the part where she was being dishonest. The reprinted receipt said I was given a cash refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CASH REFUND. My transaction was only with my debit card. I returned to the store another time, with bank statements to show I never received a refund to my account. The store manager got Grelis on the phone. Grelis said she remembered me at the store, and said she was almost 100% certain she gave me a cash refund. SHE LIED! Grelis then said she looked at the security tapes and it shows her giving me a cash refund. SHE IS LYING! I fully believe she gave me the reprinted receipt as a cash refund on purpose, and then proceeded to lie about what happened. This transaction started out as a digital problem with their card reader, but then turned into an outright lie! I believe she "remembered me" at the store, because she knows what she did was wrong. I know this store has a lot of positive reviews. But, I'm telling you, BEWARE! Now, I'll never see my refund. And, if you have a problem, you may never get your refund either!
