I initially believed I would be working with John the lead attorney, but I was instead passed off to junior associates--even though I was billed at the same high rate. Despite my case being relatively simple (one property and sole custody already agreed upon), I was charged thousands of dollars before anything was ever filed. Most of the cost came from back-and-forth emails, phone calls, and internal communication--not progress on my case. After months of billing, they had only drafted a decree and pushed me toward deeper financial investigation I didn't request. I eventually stopped working with them after spending over $5,000 with no resolution or court filing.
