Proper care was not taken with the landscaping; plants were flattened and several landscaping lights were broken. The new Wind Turbine was not level, causing it to not spin freely; I had to hire someone else to correct the issue. When the old shingles were taken off, the water heater vent was dislodged causing problems in the attic. The problem was not corrected and the new shingles were installed around the dislodged vend. Also, I noticed uneven shingles and areas that weren't properly sealed, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the roof. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the contractor failed to provide a written "Preferred Protection Limited Warranty" as promised. This lack of professionalism and accountability makes me question their integrity and reliability. Communication was also a challenge--they were unresponsive to my concerns after the job was finished. Without a written warranty, I have no assurance that they'll stand behind their work if issues arise in the future. I wouldn't recommend [Cary Chapman/Professional/Roofing Systems] to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor. Be cautious when hiring them, and ensure all terms are in writing before any work begins.
