Andy was a great guy to work with and I left with the car even though I already had my car down there, getting two cars back to Milwaukee would be a challenge to sat the least. Andy was no pressure and said take the car for a while, see if you like it and he didn't even want any license or collateral to leave for a 1/2 hour of Hwy and city driving to put the car through its paces. We don't do that in Milwaukee Wi, his trust of us with out knowing who we were are was refreshing for a dealer. I walked in and drove out with the car on impulse, now the challenge of getting this car home would be tough because there is no direct public transportation and it stops three hours away from the car so I was on my own.

We asked about extended service contracts, but there was no push to upsell anything. We asked for a Carfax, which they did not have, so purchased ourselves, but they did provide one of their own before the sale was concluded. They took it upon themselves to clean and service the car (oil change etc.) and had it carefully loaded and shipped on the carrier of our choice. We ended up buying one of the biggest pieces of crap the chevy motor company ever made a brand new 1992 Geo Metro. We had the car at Autry Morlan several times because it was going through oil like a sieve. Thank god it was new and under warranty because my mother in law drove it to Arkansa and the engine blew. Three months in, I signed a 2nd contract, and they still couldn't file the paperwork. Through it all, they have ran mine and my wife's credit 3 times, and ran loan applications in each of our names 13 times, without our knowledge or approval. The last time was 5 1/2 months after the original contract was signed, in July. That is not including the one time that we gave them permission to do it, before the 1st contract was signed in Jan. Now our credit is down and not even lenders that we have used to buy a car before, and that we both have active credit cards with, are refusing us loans because of what this dealership is doing to us. Now, they want us to sign another contract, that has been adjusted to charge us more for thing, while taking away the in our original contract, then telling us that we have to either sign it or give it back. I refuse both and told them that I want arbitration, as the contract says should be done when there is a contractual debate. I asked for it verbally and in writing. They have refused arbitration, and now they are refusing to renew my temporary plate, to try to force me into a contract that make things worse for myself and my family. Within 8 days of purchasing the vehicle we have spent close to $5,000 in repairs with more to come. We have yet to even be able to put 150 miles on it since purchase and have owned it for 30 days now. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle we started having problems with it. To date we have had to: -Replace the starter -Fix an oil leak -Replace the front drive shaft -Replace the transfer case -Purchase a new fuel line -Purchase a new transmission control module -Have an exhaust leak that has yet to be fixed -and have 3 tow bills (thus far) When contacting Seay Motors, with each incident, all they have to say is "I hate to hear that". They have flat out refused to do anything on their part stating that they do not have to because they did not offer any type of warranty. While I understand we do not have a warranty with them, I also believe that is horrible business to sell a vehicle that breaks down 8 days later and still not driveable by 30 days and refuse to do anything to try and make it right. Not one time have they offered to do anything. Not only has this put a financial strain on us, but it has also left our family of 4 with only one working vehicle for the past month and for no telling how much longer.
