After paying him $7740 I never saw nor spoke with him while the house was being built. I called him in May 2018 and asked that he come to the house to go over a few things that were in the plans that were not done.. he stated he would be out of town until 12 June. After 3 calls to him he finally called back on 18 June and scheduled a meeting the following day. He came to the house and we went over my concerns. He stated he would write a report and get back to me. I called him 4 times in July and he never returned any of the calls nor did I receive a report.

I called Tim Aikman with a question on one of HIS drawings. He was very very rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no help at all. I found his attitude and general demeanor very unprofessional. His drawings were done by hand. This is usually not a problem but in this case his drawings were very sloppy and full of inaccuracies. His lack of detail and total disregard for any semblance of customer service is the main reason I will never do business with him again. Please consider getting references before you have any work done by him.

The result exceeded expectations. It is very clean, refreshing, professional, enduring. From the first time we met Will, he was very helpful, insightful, encouraging, accommodating. His expertise and experience along with that of his team made this project the success it is. It was an extreme pleasure to work with them. It started as a very basic idea, then Will and his team came back with a fantastic design and now a magnificent installed door that exceeded expectations... everything was taken into account - additional support for the heavy door, timing of the heavy door-swing for the pivot design; no stone was left unturned. Will approaches a project with a very inventive eye - to conform to a particular building code he manages to find a way that pushes the design forward, where others may stumble and sacrifice some of the design element. He is decisive and knowledgeable, with a very strong sense of clean design. Will renovated the Hotel Easton into the beautiful rooms and spaces you see there now - clean, functional, lovely.
