I would never recommend Timothy Aikman. He drew the plans for my home. The design was mine. I needed him to do the specs. After paying him $7740 I never saw nor spoke with him while the house was being built. I called him in May 2018 and asked that he come to the house to go over a few things that were in the plans that were not done.. he stated he would be out of town until 12 June. After 3 calls to him he finally called back on 18 June and scheduled a meeting the following day. He came to the house and we went over my concerns. He stated he would write a report and get back to me. I called him 4 times in July and he never returned any of the calls nor did I receive a report. read more

First off. I work for a flooring company where I am constantly looking at blueprints all day long. I am often talking with architects about their plans. I called Tim Aikman with a question on one of HIS drawings. He was very very rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no help at all. I found his attitude and general demeanor very unprofessional. His drawings were done by hand. This is usually not a problem but in this case his drawings were very sloppy and full of inaccuracies. His lack of detail and total disregard for any semblance of customer service is the main reason I will never do business with him again.
