They have two types of ice (cubed and crushed), every single imaginable flavor of soda your heart desires, Icees, coffee (hot and cold), donuts, sandwiches, hot dogs with all the fixings and froyo with every topping you can think of. It's a one stop shop. It's on busy Ambassador Caf, but it's easy to get in and out of. I was here this week to fill up with Diet Coke and accidently dropped my lid in the trash while changing my straw. I had a bit of a panic attack thinking "what the hell am I going to do with no lid?" It's sort of my most prized possession at the moment and was a gift from my dad, so... Thankfully a guy working the counter saw my mistake and saw the look on my face and walked over, pulled out the bag and found my lid and handed it to me. Without a word. Wanted to hug him, but didn't. I just thanked him profusely. So yes, I'll continue to return to this Racetrac and y'all should too. Oh, and by the way? That refill was on the house.

The only downfall is how it is located on the corner of ambassador caffery and verot school road. This particular Shell station never accepts my credit card at the pump. I have visited this Shell…read morestation numerous times in the past and not once did it accept my credit card. I would swipe my card, enter in my zip code, and then it would prompt me to see cashier. My coworker experienced the same issue today as well with his own credit card. To get gas, I had to purchase a set dollar amount worth of gas first and then take a refund on my card of what's un-used afterwards. It adds a few more extra minutes to my commute since I have to walk back and forth for payment and receipts, not to mention wait in line for the cashier.
