POOR COMMUNICATION Unfortunately this is not a great…read morereview. A friend found this company on yelp and referred him to fix my garage. Considering he was local and from the area I was excited to do business with him. Due to the nature of my garage he was unable to fix it and suggested to me what I needed to purchase. We both agree on a specific day and time. 2 days prior to our meeting i reached out to Mr. Roebuck to advise that I was unable to keep the agreed time and needed to reschedule for later that day. He asked what time would I need and i replied 3 and never responded. On the day of, I texted and he responded by saying he could not meet later that day. When asked why didn't he inform me of this he suggested I find someone else. Which put me in a very uncomfortable situation with my broken garage door.

We just bought a house, sight unseen and of course it has issues. Minor ones so far. There was a…read moreleak behind the bathroom wall that has been leaking for a while because of the soft wood. We looked around for a plumber in the small community but there isn't one. So Yelp was the go to. Let me start with Adam's amazing customer service. Did a Yelp search and AW popped up. Sent him a text, Adam came by the next day and we decided to ask him for an estimate on replacing the entire intake hot and cold water supply lines for the house. He gave us a great deal. While he was giving us that estimate, I also asked about installing a brand new electric water heater. He gave us a good deal on that as well. He told us he could get started the next day. Which he did. It was a two day job. But he did what was needed for us to have water again. Tankless water heater works great! We can sleep well at night knowing our plumbing needs have been taken care of! Thanks Adam! Pretty sure we will be calling you back in the near future for others projects!
