My…read moreteeth are luckily, in perfect shape, however I recently developed a nasty canker sore on the inside of my gumline. Finally, after trying to let it run it's course, it became too painful to bear any longer! I called Family Dental at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday, asking if they could see me that day. Their answer? Come now! Wow! That impressed me. Anyway, long story short, Dr. Jeff Wechsler saw me immediately, confirmed my (own) diagnosis, took precautionary X-rays just in case, and gave me a few mouth rinses to ease the pain while it heals. He was courteous, professional and very easy to talk to. A refreshing change from most dentists! I happily have found a new dentist and the best part is that he's only right down the road from me! Thanks a lot, Family Dental of Mahwah!

What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a positive one because of the outstanding care I received from the entire team. Dr. Lilivette Gomez, DMD was exceptional. She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Most importantly, she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps. Her professionalism and calming demeanor immediately put me at ease. I would also like to recognize Gianni, the dental assistant, for being so thorough, efficient, caring, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. What really stood out was how seamlessly Dr. Gomez and Gianni worked together as a team. Their communication, coordination, and attention to detail made the entire process run smoothly and ensured I received exceptional care every step of the way. Additionally, Jorge, the dental X-ray technician, was excellent--professional, patient, and efficient. The entire staff at Dr. Feins' practice deserves praise. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and well-being. They were also fantastic in helping me navigate my insurance coverage and handling all the administrative details, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Feins' office to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and highly skilled dental team. Thank you to Dr. Gomez, Gianni, Jorge, and the entire staff for turning a dental emergency into such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I have been going here with my husband and son for years and I will be leaving the practice because of her. Too bad because I love Dr Gomez whom I have been seeing for the past several years. Very very disappointed and angered by the lack of regard for my son's situation. And just kept saying no we don't deal with any other lab which to me is an insane for any medical practice. Oh and kept saying we're a dentist but dentists are doctors and they have oral surgeons (aren't they doctor too)? I'm so upset that my heart is pounding out of my chest from this experience. To be told flat out NO we can't send your sample to any other lab but the one we use.

Everyone on his staff is 100% dedicated to dentistry and love what they are doing. I started going to Dr. Ritter in November 2016 for a crown issue that was never resolved from when I lost two front teeth as a child. Dr. Ritter patiently explained my options and I knew I was in good hands. I had to go in for several appointments because the type of dental work I needed was extensive and he really was not only beyond knowledgeable about what he was doing but personable as well. His assistant was also great to me. Together they both anticipated my needs before I even had to express them and I felt comfortable everytime I had to get in the chair for further work. When it got down to choosing the right type of shading and fit for my new crown's, Dr. Ritter analyzed with me every step of the way the right shading, color and shape of my new teeth. He kept assuring me that he would make sure that I would be happy with the final result and would accept nothing less. After so many years I finally have a confident smile I love and it is all because of Dr. Ritter and his staff. Now I go there regularly to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienists who are both fantastic and have always given me the most careful and thorough cleaning. In fact before I started going there, I didn't even know a cleaning was supposed to be like that. It was above and beyond anything I had experienced before. And even though he doesn't have to, the office staff tell me that Dr. Ritter makes it a priority to see each patient himself after each cleaning. And with every cleaning, when I am done he arrives at the door to check in. If every doctor were like Dr. Ritter, people who normally don't go to the dentist on a regular basis certainly would. So happy I found Dr. Ritter and his entire team for my dental needs!!
