The roof is not new, but all the shingles are in place and it is in very very good shape. I feel harassed, extorted and mis-treated by the agent Eileen and the Bruce Hill Agency. I would absolutely not recommend going to Bruce Hill Agency in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I would also not recommend the Bruce Hill Agency in Millburn, NJ based on my Point Pleasant (not so pleasant) experience.
