We feel so fortunate to have found Brice Home Improvements to put on new siding, and build a porch…read moreon our home. After several years of owning our home, and painting it over and over we discovered extensive rot on the house. We knew that we wanted something more carefree and sustainable but didn't want our home looking like plastic or not fitting naturally into the landscape. We interviewed many contractors but few offered us solutions, nor did they return a call, send an estimate. I kept seeing on the local FB pages the same name popping up, "Billy Brice". I contacted BHI and Billy and Tyler came out, listened to our needs, walked the project, measured the home in the freezing rain, and were the first ones to offer solutions and introduced us to Everlast Siding. A composite that holds up to the elements but doesn't look like plastic rather more natural. We were so impressed with the entire team; Billy, Tyler, Ian and Mark. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept a clean jobsite, and did quality work. We highly recommend this business and would hire them again. We were actually a little sad when the project came a close as we enjoyed having the team around. Great team and great work.

In the beginning, we were very anxious thinking about the cost, time, and disruption potentially caused by two full bathroom remodels. From our first meeting to the final day of our project, the team at DCI Concepts was professional, competent, communicative, and respectful of our home. Whether we were deciding design changes, mild cost increases or project hiccups, DCI was present and reassuring with us. DCI's knowledge of the local area was so critical and very appreciated. DCI's ability to source plumbing services, electrical work, painters, expert tile professionals, building materials, and custom cabinetry was vital to the success of our major home renovation. We were so delighted to have contracted with DCI Concepts for our home remodeling project. Our bathrooms are simply beautiful. Our master bathroom is quite impressive. We especially love the tile work, which is second to none and the custom cabinetry which matches our bathroom vanity perfectly. We will most certainly contract with DCI Concepts for our future home improvement needs. Tim and Diana
