Jenna came to the house after numerous attempts to set up a time and discuss the listings of his two homes, She walked through the home and after a brief visit left. Never hearing from her he proceeded to call her numerous times without receiving a return phone call email or text message. Approximately three weeks later He was served with a criminal restraining order from his Ex wife. Without incident he felt this had to be a mistake. Upon receiving a copy of the written complaint it seems that Jana the real estate broker that came into his home had fabricated statements Of violence to his ex wife, this is simply did not happen and has no merit. In my opinion this was unethical and unprofessional. I would recommend anyone in a similar situation to use caution when possibly looking to list their property after divorce with this real estate
