Only during the process of installing the implants that I found this information out about C.N. Deepak. After posting this information on a different review site, Monarch dental refused all further treatment. Three implants were installed side-by-side without justification of the benefits of just two implants with an intervening bridge. After less than five years, the center implant fell out. Just fell out. Monarch dental refused to even let me in the door to speak with the doctor or to see what my mediation they could offer. Now I'm out another $20,000 to have the bone graft and repair

He is amazing with kids of all ages and treats them like the little humans that they are. I've always had a good experience with the front staff, at times too good. They called me like 4 times once to confirm an appointment. Which was kind of annoying but at least they called and they were sweet. And honestly It wouldn't matter if they were not nice (which they were) because the Person actually sticking their hands in the mouth of my child matters to me most. The assistance are always nice and explain things as they go. Dr Preece is caring, gentle, mindful and efficient he has treated three of my children the oldest which is now 15 he has been seeing since her first visit. I couldn't be happier with him as their dentist. I wish I could see him too lol! There are too many scary dentist stories of them taking teeth or doing excessive dental work just for insurance money. I can't imagine trying to find a new dentist so I hope he stays in practice for at least the next 15 years!

My daughter was set to have surgery in her teeth towards the end of July at 7am. After taking 3 days off of work I get a phone call at 8pm THE NIGHT BEFORE HER SURGERY to tell me they were going to have to cancel and someone would call to reschedule. A month later no still no call, no phone calls of mine returned. Finally got ahold of someone and was able to get my daughter rescheduled. Called 3 days in a row to get surgery prep instructions and never got a phone call back. I called the morning of her surgery to find out the financial assistance application that I filled out 3MONTHS AGO still was not complete and in order for my daughter to have her surgery THAT day I would have to pay close to $3000 out of pocket. Don't even waste your time.
