In February I first saw Dr. Gupta and her nurse Deb. She was very thorough and gave me good information about her diagnosis for me. Her nurse was very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the visit. I needed to have some immunizations done in March and decided to go even though I was not able to see Dr. Gupta about some other health problems I was experiencing. As soon as the new nurse called my name she was very uninviting. She did not make eye contact nor did she introduce herself. I told her I needed a Tdap test. She very rudely corrected me but I knew she knew better so I agreed with her that I needed the injection instead. I also saw the PA on staff and she was great but once I saw her I decided I also wanted a TB test. The PA then went to tell the nurse and the nurse began to scream (I heard her from inside my room with the door closed) "I ASKED HER IF SHE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE!". I was completely humiliated. I decided to just leave with the tdap injection and not receive further care from this facility even though I have other issues that needed to be addressed. I do not recommend seeing anyone EXCEPT Dr. Gupta at this location.

He will ask questions to find out your personal preferences and also to ensure you're not in any discomfort through the process. I only will do 90 min massages as 60 min is just not enough for me. I have a lot of issues with my whole back and neck. Lisa knows I like a deep massage and always asks where, or if, there's any place I would like her to concentrate on. She is very vocal about having you tell her if it's too deep and is uncomfortable or if you want to go deeper. She is very friendly and will chat with you if you want or she understands the need for quiet. She takes that from your cues.
