When I first started my real estate search on Martha's Vineyard, I knew that there weren't a lot of…read moreproperties in my price range, and that there would be a lot of elements of the buying process that would be unique to the island. So when I reached out to several realtors, I knew selecting the right one would be an important part of our real estate quest. Natalie Conroy reached out to me right away, responded to my specific inquiry, and after I had to take a brief break in our search due to unforeseen circumstances, she touched base with me soon after to let me know she was still available to work with me when I was ready. I had a very clear view of what I wanted, my price range, and where on the island I wanted to buy property. Natalie was on top of it, never tried to push me outside of my comfort zone, and responded quickly to both emails and texts. When we wanted to see specific properties on a specific date, she was able to line them all up for that day with no issues at all. Her guidance and responsiveness throughout the entire process made it much easier, and she was able to connect us with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and building inspectors who were also very professional, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. We were able to find a fabulous property and close on it with minimal difficulty! The Conroy family has been on Martha's Vineyard for many, many generations, and they really know the ins and outs of the island. Natalie also works with several of her daughters, and this is definitely a family business. They conduct themselves with strong professionalism and integrity, and I would definitely work with Conroy Realty again in the future.

Do not under any circumstance engage with this company. They are rude and conduct their business…read morefraudulently. They sent my husband and me an invoice for the repair of an outlet and will not engage with us when we question the charge. We had a similar outlet changed in 2022 without any charge to us and asked why this outlet was different. Instead of providing an explanation, Julie Lucas - Finance Manager - threatened to back charge us for that 2022 bill. Additionally, we did not consent for FPM to hire an electrician, complete the service, and charge our account. We were never afforded an opportunity to review a quote. In fact, we asked Brenna Witter to let us know if someone would be on our property - she never did. I have requested multiple responses from FPM including President Andrew Witter - they have not replied to us. This is very poor customer service and fraudulent. Stay far away.
