We recommend Martha's Linen Rental after a great experience. We rented bed lines, bath towel sets and beach towels for our week long stay. Upon arrival to our beach house, we realized we would need kitchen towels. After simply emailing Martha's they responded right away that they could easily drop them off to us! So easy and convenient. All of the linens and towels were very clean, white, stain free and all bed linen and bath towels sets were individually wrapped in plastic in addition to being placed in a plastic bag! Our only gripe was that the beach towels left a white fuzz all over our bodies. We will definitely use Martha's Linens again and recommend to our friends. read more

Loved your service!! Linen was high quality and in great condition. We had originally ordered from competitor company but they did not provide fitted sheets so we cancelled that order and ordered from you. So glad we did. The other company still delivered the linen and charged us even though we gave them appropriate notice. We then returned their unopened linen directly to them. However they still came at the end of our stay and picked up your linen. Your company was completely understanding and professional when you went to pick up the linen and it wasn't there. You gave us the benefit of the doubt and didn't charge us until we figured it all out. You were available by phone and email. The other company did not respond to our calls or emails. We finally had to call police to go get the linen from their facility. Thank you so very much. We will only use your services in the future and will recommend you to others!! read more

I didn't need the sheets I ordered. They did deliver them but my real estate agent called to let them know I didn't need them. I returned them, the package was never opened, but they refused a refund of any amount. I was out $103. read more
