Kappy's Falmouth proved to be a totally disappointing shopping experience for the following…read morereasons: While purchasing a mixed case of wine at non-discounted prices (8 bottles were notably more expensive than competitor Total Wines ) they were not included in the 10% case discount price. Many package stores offer 15% on 12 and 10% on 6. The cashier was neither friendly nor helpful: she was texting on her cell phone when I approached the register with a shopping cart of over $350 in wine and liquor and did not acknowledge me until she completed her text message. Notably , POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was indifferent and unhelpful. I asked her whether Kappy's provided a case discount on wine and she said that it depended on the price of the wines while she rang them in. She gave me the total price, then told me that only 5 of the 12 bottles were discountable. Note: none of the wines were specials. The cashier put 3 bottles of wine including a 1.5 L bottle of Tequilla in a thin paper bag while the rest was placed in a box by an assistant. Thankfully, I had some assistance bringing my purchase out to my car. The bag was not a good way to package heavy btls clinking together. No bargains in this store , helpful staff and definitely my LAST VISIT TO KAPPY's in Falmouth!

I usually find what I'm looking for they are reasonably priced and the sales help have always been nice to me.Its the homeless and the addicts that are ALWAYS hanging around outside I can't tell you how many times I've been hit up for spare change trying to exit the place. I also have been inside when a sales clerk has had to boot them out! I also have had some guy actually try to follow me to my car when I said that I had no money on me. They are sleeping and hanging out behind the building in the bushes and st the Burger king next door.Its sad to say that I have had to by pass this place several times and go some where else just because I wasn't in the mood to be harassed. I feel the police should sweep around the parking lot on a very regular basis.

Super sweet! Unfortunately, the phone customer service at Jim's STINKS. The first woman who answered sounded half asleep, insisted they don't have anything but alcohol, and then hung up on me when I mentioned the website says they also have some snack and convenience items! When I called back someone else answered, was equally as rude and sleepy and said "We mostly sell alcohol." I said YES, I know, but I'd like to add some snack items. She got defensive and annoyed when I confused her for the first person (they both sounded asleep so easy to assume they're the same person!), and started insisting delivery was gone for the night. I explained that someone would pickup, that I don't need delivery, and asked why is she being rude in addition to the first person hanging up on me? I asked for her name, to which she replied "why do you need my name?" I was transferred to the first girl who said she had a customer come in and so she hung up on me since delivery is gone for the night anyway. Ummmm. You can't put someone on hold?? Really poor customer service. I was planning on dropping some serious coin to ensure my friends bday weekend in MV was made more enjoyable by my large gift basket. "Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now." I certainly hope "Jim" or whoever owns this place takes a look at who he has working in the evening and answering phones.
